Our company is owner-operated and independent from banks, both in terms of capital and in its management and operation.

GOVERNANCE
Mont Blanc Capital Management is authorised and regulated as an asset manager by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA in accordance with Art. 17 FINIG and is supervised and continuously monitored by the supervisory organisation AOOS - Schweizerische Aktiengesellschaft für Aufsicht. The auditors are Grant Thornten AG.
Our company adheres to the ASIP Charter issued by the Association of Swiss Pension Funds which covers the duties of loyalty and integrity with respect to occupational pensions.
Disputes about legal claims between the client and the financial service provider should, if possible, be settled within the framework of a mediation procedure by the ombudsman association (https://www.ofdl.ch/).
Mont Blanc Capital Management is completely independent. It is entered in the commercial register for the Canton of Zurich under the number CHE-112.494.537. Its share capital is CHF 700,000 and is fully paid in.
